Maskipiton: Peace Chief (sounds like maw’-skip-i-tone; sometimes also spelled “Maskepetoon”) is the true story of one of many great Indigenous leaders from North American history.
During his lifetime, vast changes were taking place in what is now known as the Canadian West, but before it was being written about. Maskipiton himself would encounter a major changes in his own life.
Although a true story meant for our younger audience, really, it is an encouraging story for ALL ages.
